love your dream catcher - may it serve you well. xo
I've never made a dream catcher - that one looks great! I also like the wool and knitting in progress, a jumper? Well, as I've been to a wedding, rather a lot of things caught my eye this weekend, mainly the bride and groom of course ;-) Have a great week xo
I am knitting a simple throw blanket, something I think will be used quite well this winter! I went hunting for a dreamcatcher not too long ago, mostly for my daughter, and I just couldn't bring myself to buy one. Something told me that I had to make my own, that we had to make our own ;). It's easy if get the notion!xo
I spy some fine knitting here in your post!
yes!!! I can knit cables now, hee hee :).xo
My boys all have dream catchers hanging above their beds, and over the years they have served them well.Your dream catcher is beautiful MJ and I know it willhold all your dreams well.
there's something special about making your own dreamcatcher. a different connection... the throw looks cooooosy!that last sentiment - the best ones are the simplest.
A beautiful dream catcher.
ahhhhhso beautifuland that dream catcher....inspiring!!!!love and light
It's been a long time since I want to have my own dream catcher. Maybe you can share to us how you made yours? :D
I would love to!!! Thanks for asking ;). There are plenty of You tube videos, but this link was my favorite as it also has other pages discussing the history of the dreamcatcher:http://www.nativetech.org/dreamcat/dreminst.htmlI found all my supplies at the local craft store, including leather lacing. Our feathers came from our collection, but the craft store has them too of course:). Enjoy!
