Morning meditation: be inspired

Don't let what you see or can't see scare you. There is only one way to know for sure, step through and discover something new...

Look up now and then to remind yourself where you want to go, but remember to take in what is now without ever forgetting where you've been...

Don't take for granted the broken ground beneath your feet and the weathered walls that surround you. Blink and it may be gone, look again and it may be the most beautiful thing you have ever seen...

source

Find like-minded people and stay close to them, they will help see you through...

Remember the music. Music moves, shifts, and opens. It can change everything...

And dammit, don't forget to laugh!!!

much love and inspiration to you

  10. I always try to remember the music. I'm trying to get my six year old to remember a stanza or two at times like tonight, when she got her first bee sting. A favorite song makes everything a bit better, if only for a moment.
    Great advice on this post.
