We arrived last evening and are still reeling from the "high" of being here. We will pick up the kids this afternoon after we make our first drive to the Denver airport. I have to say that that is all I can think about right now, I've missed them so much. Last night, we walked around our temporary neighborhood and found a Whole foods, a bakery, coffee shops, a meditation center, yoga studios, a yarn store, and endless restaurants.
Yep, I think I'm home...
♥
p.s. Santa Fe was mysterious and wonderful. It held an energy that I had never felt before...I will definitely be heading back there :). Will share more with pics soon!

Wishing you a wonderful reunion with your gorgeous ones!
ReplyDeleteMJ, I'm in an apologetic state tonight as I've missed so much on a few blogs lately. Yours is a biggie. What a journey! The name of your blog is so apt for the wonderful adventures unfolding. I'm so glad your family is reunited and what a great age for your children to be sharing this experience. The story about the bike guy was very sad. My husband commuted on a road bike until very recently. Walked away with a broken arm when a car ran a red light and hit him. We are so very lucky. He could have been that guy.
ReplyDeleteyay! So glad you seem to be liking it already.
ReplyDeleteAwesome!! I really think you're going to be right at home there in Colorado (Denver, specifically?) My brother used to live just outside Boulder and there was so much beauty, culture, wonderfulness there!
