Wondering...
When someone will fall in love with this home enough to buy it, and how badly I'll miss it when it does.
Wondering...
If my neighbor's cat could be a little more sensitive in showing himself around here, knowing that I'm going through a kitty love frenzy right now.
Wondering...
If M. 's method of cleaning her room will ever change, though it was kind of her to make a hole for me to sit...
Wondering...
If E. know how much I love that he is making index cards with me, and how much I adore his little creations...
Wondering...
What Hubs will actually do with all the rock messages we gave him this weekend. He really does "Rock my world" :).
Wondering...
How all of your Father's Day weekends went, and hoping that it was a fantastic....

P.S. I'll be posting our index card drawings here and there. I added a page, too, to put them all in one spot. Hope you won't get tired of seeing them :)...
I am having some serious kitty love too! Are you still planning on Va. once your home sells? One of my favorite states. I graduated from high school in Va. and both my sisters are there.
ReplyDeletefound you through Monica. i like it here! i`ll be visiting : )
ReplyDeleteSome sweet things to wonder about. My children gave my husband a big bag of rocks, too. They all drew special pictures on them. Now it's my job to create a rock garden.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday!
hehehe... i love that hole your daughter made for you to sit in. where are you moving? wondering if this is the first time your children are moving.
ReplyDeleteHeehee! Here kitty, kitty! Love the rock messages. And yeah...when's someone going to take that beautiful house off your hands?? It's hard loving something so much while at the same time knowing it's time to leave it. Hugs to you all!
ReplyDeleteLove what you are wondering about. Hey that hole is nice!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet, funny post. Loving that hole for you to sit in. Hilarious!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd i know what you mean about wanting to move and also knowing you will miss what you had. It's a strange feeling...
and ALSO...no kitty for you until you move! Perfect!
XO

Happy Monday!!
I love how colorful everything in this post is! And I won't be cruel and gush about how much I am loving our new cat... I simply won't tell you how wonderful it is... lol. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI needed all this cheering up, I love those index cards!
Why are you selling? Are you moving? It's so hard when you are loving animals, I could justify a new kitten, puppy, goat or cow any day.
ReplyDeleteI love the room cleaning! That's how Mae has done it for years! And sorry... then never quite grow out of it. The index cards are great... GREAT!
ReplyDeletemy 9yo is in serious state of craze over kitties right now and sadly, i'm allergic :(
ReplyDeletealso your daughter's room looks so much like my frog prince's room only i don't see dirty socks and tshirts everywhere ;-)
hoping someone loves your house soon! having a house on the market, keeping it clean, the showings...stressful. so hoping for peace for you.
I love the clean hole! That is quite creative, but there is no safe exit :D
ReplyDeleteThat kitty looks sooooo at home. : )
ReplyDeleteHow cute was this post?! My room is just as messy (if not messier) than M's and I am in my 20s - so to answer your question - the room will probably always be that way ;)

ReplyDeleteI'm loving the index card art and totally relating to M's cleaning style! I hope someone falls in love with your home in the absolute perfect time... xoxo

ReplyDeleteRonnie xo
Lots of good thoughts going on here. And maybe that kitty is just renting himself out to you until you can get the real thing? Sending you good sell the house vibes!
ReplyDeleteAs much as we've waited many years to move to a larger space I know I will have a very hard time saying goodbye when the time comes.
ReplyDeleteLove all these index cards of yours. A friend challenged me yesterday to try five minutes of uninterrupted writing - I'm excited to give it a go.
that's totally how i use to clean my room!
